When will it arrive?

Order today and it is estimated to arrive between Fri, Nov 6 and Fri, Nov 13. It is made to order, then printed and shipped from the US by our print partner. If it hasn't arrived by the last estimated date, email us your order number: we reprint it, or refund you in full if it's lost.

What makes a good photo?

A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet fills most of the picture, taken with your phone's camera. Screenshots and photos sent through chat apps are often too small: the page tells you when a photo looks small for this item.

Can I change the photo after I order?

Email us your order number as soon as you can. If it hasn't gone to print yet, we swap the photo or cancel and refund you in full; once it is printed, we can't change it.

How does the refund work?

Personalized items are made to order, so we can't refund one if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free or refund you in full, your choice.
