These terms are between you and Zoxas LLC (trading as Paws & Tidy). By using this website or buying from it, you agree to them.

Use of the site

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. You agree to give accurate information when you order and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Products and prices

We take care to show product details, sizes, colors and prices accurately. Prices are in US dollars and are the total you pay at checkout, with free shipping to the contiguous United States (the 48 states and Washington, DC). If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we will tell you and let you cancel for a full refund. We may change prices or availability for future orders.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order — if we do after taking payment, we refund you in full. Once an order is confirmed, you'll see its order number on the confirmation page — that number is your proof of purchase.

Payments

Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 states and Washington, DC) only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses yet. An order to one of these addresses is refunded in full automatically and nothing is sent. Free shipping · delivery 7–14 business days. If we can't ship your order in time to arrive by the last estimated date, we'll email you before that day with a new shipping date and the choice to cancel for a full refund. If the new date is more than 30 days later and you don't tell us you want to wait, we cancel and refund you in full. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery: if it doesn't work for your pet, email us your order number and we refund the full price to your card within 5 business days. You don't need to send it back.

Using our products

Read the product page and any instructions in the box before first use, and supervise your pet the first few times. Stop using a product that is damaged.

Personalized items and your photos

When you upload a photo or type a name, you confirm that you took the photo or have permission to use it, and that printing it doesn't break anyone else's rights. We may refuse a photo or a name, for example one whose main subject is a person's face, a brand logo or a cartoon character, or text we can't print. If we refuse one after you paid, we refund you in full. We use your photo only to make and ship your item. Personalized items are made to order, so their refund rule is different: see our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zoxas LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to Zoxas LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any consumer protections of the state where you live.
