Paws & Tidy is a small online shop run by Zoxas LLC, a company registered in Wyoming. We pick the tools. We didn't design them, and we won't pretend we did.
01Why a short list
A home with a dog or a cat comes with small chores: loose fur on everything, nails, mud on the paws at the door, the back seat, litter on the floor. We pick one tool for each, and a few things that go with them.
A short list means we can say exactly what's in the box, what it's for, where it falls short, and when it will arrive. It also means we answer the same few questions well instead of many questions badly.
Your order ships from our partner warehouse in China. Personalized items are the exception: they are made to order, then printed and shipped from the US by our print partner, delivery 5–9 business days. That's slower than shipping inside the US, so we put the dates in front of you before you pay, and we never ask for the item back if it doesn't work for your pet.

02What earns a place in the shop, and how we write about it
We look for
- A tool that does one chore, with a part you can see working.
- Limits we can state plainly, next to what it does.
- Numbers with a source: whose measurement, and when.
- Arrival dates and the refund next to the price.
We skip
- Promises about your pet's health.
- Clocks racing you to checkout, or crossed-out prices.
- Pop-ups asking for your email.
