It sticks to your surface, so start where it won't show.

Test a hidden spot
Press a small offcut on a hidden part of the surface first. Not for leather, faux leather, wallpaper, fresh paint or silk.
Trim to fit
Cut the mat to the size of the spot with ordinary scissors.
Peel and press flat
Clean and dry a flat surface and peel the film. Press flat, don't wrap it round a curve, then press firmly along the edges.

That surface is tightly woven fabric, sealed wood or paint that has fully dried, and you can test a hidden spot first.

We don't promise that. It covers her usual spot, so while it's in place her claws meet the mat, not the fabric under it.

Will it leave marks when I take it off?

It can, on some surfaces. We haven't tested removal, so we don't claim it comes off clean. Test a hidden spot first.
